Kerry Schlossberg, Esq.

Kerry R. Eskenas was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2010. She graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in May of 2010. As an undergraduate, Kerry R. Eskenas was involved in a wide array of activities such as broadcasting and journalism, and was selected for an Undergraduate Fellowship with the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. She graduated with distinction from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2006. As a law student, Kerry R. Eskenas developed a strong legal research background and gained international law experience. After completing an Advanced Legal Research course, she worked independently as a Research Assistant for her Law of Armed Conflict professor. She also completed coursework in Trademark Law, Advanced Intellectual Property, and International Intellectual Property Law. In addition, she participated in an international study summer program in Salzburg, Austria, during which she completed a course on Fundamental Rights in Europe and the United States taught by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. The international law program at McGeorge School of Law was ranked #15 in the nation while Kerry R. Eskenas was a law student, and she received an International Legal Studies Certificate upon graduation. As a civil litigation and transactional attorney, Kerry R. Eskenas has worked on cases involving contract law, business and corporate law, personal injury law, property law, landlord/tenant law, elder law, bankruptcy law, employment law, and civil rights. Through her own practice, she drafted contracts and settlement agreements in civil litigation cases. As an associate with the Law Offices of Robyn Manos, Esq. in Los Angeles, California, she acquired extensive business transactional experience, including, but not limited to, drafting contracts, general partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and formation documents for limited liability companies. Her current practice involves corporate and securities work.
