How we typically work with new clients
Your satisfaction and best interests are our top priorities, which is why we get the vast majority of our new clients from referrals. However, in the unlikely event that we do not exceed your expectations, please let us know so we can proactively address the situation to your satisfaction.
Our payment options
We are committed to not only your success but also your complete satisfaction. We do our absolute best to be transparent about costs to help facilitate an ongoing positive relationship. Here is how we work with our valued clients.
Flat Fees
Whenever the scope of a project can be predicted, we will create a fixed flat fee so you have cost predictability and we are all on the same page. This is always our preference.
Pay for as much or little work as you like
For other projects where the scope is uncertain, perhaps due to the fluidity of the situation you would like our help with, you will pay our standard hourly rates as the work is completed. Get as much support from our firm as you want. We can work together to set cost limits and billing updates to ensure you are comfortable.
Discounts
We make discounts available to our clients whenever possible. Typically, we have flexibility in this area when we agree to work on multiple action items together. We are a business ourselves – we will do what we can to help yours.
